Less Lip, More Ship is operated by [AIowa LLC. Legal operator to be confirmed by Tony]. Contact: tony@aiowa.dev.
What this website collects
This site has no accounts, no contact form, no comments and no analytics or advertising scripts, and it sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider ([Vercel; to be confirmed]) processes standard server logs such as IP address, requested page and browser details to deliver and secure the site. [Log retention: per provider default; to be confirmed.]
Videos (YouTube)
Episode pages show a thumbnail and a “Load video” button. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press it. Then the video loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). That mode limits cookies until you play, but it is not zero data collection: Google/YouTube can still receive technical data such as your IP address and device details. You can always use the “Watch on YouTube” link instead, which is governed by YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy.
Links to X and other sites
Replay and highlight links are plain links. We do not embed X content. Following them sends you to X, under X’s policies.
Emailing us
If you email us, we receive your address and message and use them to reply. Please don’t send passwords or sensitive personal information. [Retention proposal: delete general correspondence after 24 months unless needed for a dispute; for Tony’s decision.]
Guest applications
When enabled, guest applications are submitted on a Google Form, so Google processes what you enter and the responses are available to the form’s owner. Please share only what the form asks for, and no secrets or other people’s private information. [Retention proposal: unsuccessful applications deleted after 12 months; for Tony’s decision. Form storage and notification handling are still being verified.]
Invited guests: booking and recording
Approved guests use a separate private booking system on Launch Lab’s origin. It stores the invitation (as a hash), verified email, booking times and the calendar and email delivery needed to run the interview. See the guest privacy and permissions overview. Recording, public distribution, clips and transcripts require a separate guest release. Booking alone is not that permission. [Release terms pending legal review.]
Your requests
To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you gave us, or to raise a concern about an episode, email tony@aiowa.dev with the page URL. [Response timeframe and jurisdiction-specific rights language to be set after legal review.]
