Run of show

How a guest gets on

  1. Apply

    You

Tell Tony what you built, what you can demo live, and where people can see it. Takes about three minutes.

  2. Tony reviews

    Tony

Every application is read by Tony. Applying does not guarantee a booking or publication. He picks guests with a real, working project to show.

  3. Private invitation

    Selected guests

Selected guests get a private invitation tied to their email. Verify it, then choose a free 45-minute slot.

  4. Prep sheet

    You

After booking, you fill in a short private sheet: your demo outline, a fallback, and your recording and publishing choices, each asked separately.

  5. Demo, then talk

    On the call

Show it running with safe data first. Then talk about what took work, what broke, and what you would change.

The format

Demo first.
Talk second.

Show it running

The guest’s own project, on screen, doing the thing. Slides are not a demo.

Safe data only

Test accounts and sample data. No credentials, customer, employer or other private material on screen.

Say what broke

What took work, what failed, and what the builder would do differently.
